Return and Exchange Policy
To help us understand and resolve any issues promptly, please follow these guidelines:
- Return Request Window
- You may request a return and refund within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
- Product Condition
- If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately.
- Provide clear images of the damage along with a detailed description of the issue.
- Include your name, order number, invoice, or proof of purchase when submitting your request.
- Send all required details to info@bondsandbeyond.ae to process your return.
- Handmade Product Disclaimer
- Bonds and Beyond specializes in handmade products, crafted individually with attention to detail.
- Due to the nature of handmade production, slight variations in color or material may occur.
- The company reserves the right to decline returns, refunds, or reprints for issues that are minor and correctable or for errors caused by the customer.
- If the issue is found to be a manufacturing defect, we will request the product to be shipped back for correction.
Return and Exchange Process
- If the issue results from an unintentional manufacturing defect, we will process the return or exchange free of charge, and the customer will not incur any additional costs.
- If the return or exchange is due to customer preference, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and delivery costs, whether within the UAE or to other GCC countries.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
Exchanges Due to Change of Mind
- Product Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or receipt must be provided to complete the exchange.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping fees for exchanges due to a change of mind.
Return & Exchange Procedure
- Submit a return or exchange request via customer service or email (info@bondsandbeyond.ae).
- Ship the product back through a local courier after your return request is approved.
- The product will be reviewed to ensure it meets the return policy conditions.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-14 business days upon approval, subject to your bank’s policies.
