Return and Exchange Policy

To help us understand and resolve any issues promptly, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Return Request Window
    • You may request a return and refund within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
  2. Product Condition
    • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately.
    • Provide clear images of the damage along with a detailed description of the issue.
    • Include your name, order number, invoice, or proof of purchase when submitting your request.
    • Send all required details to info@bondsandbeyond.ae to process your return.
  3. Handmade Product Disclaimer
    • Bonds and Beyond specializes in handmade products, crafted individually with attention to detail.
    • Due to the nature of handmade production, slight variations in color or material may occur.
    • The company reserves the right to decline returns, refunds, or reprints for issues that are minor and correctable or for errors caused by the customer.
    • If the issue is found to be a manufacturing defect, we will request the product to be shipped back for correction.

Return and Exchange Process

  • If the issue results from an unintentional manufacturing defect, we will process the return or exchange free of charge, and the customer will not incur any additional costs.
  • If the return or exchange is due to customer preference, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and delivery costs, whether within the UAE or to other GCC countries.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.

Exchanges Due to Change of Mind

  • Product Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or receipt must be provided to complete the exchange.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping fees for exchanges due to a change of mind.

Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Submit a return or exchange request via customer service or email (info@bondsandbeyond.ae).
  2. Ship the product back through a local courier after your return request is approved.
  3. The product will be reviewed to ensure it meets the return policy conditions.
  4. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-14 business days upon approval, subject to your bank’s policies.
